FACTS. - Bradshaw developed a condo project for which Projects was general construction contractor. Copper State financed construction, taking trust deeds on the condos, but ceased making disbursements, leaving a substantial balance still owing to Projects. Several units were sold, with Valley Bank, Western Savings, and Cottonwood Thrift financing the various sales. Projects recorded notice of a mechanics lien. Projects released units 4 and 5 from its lien.
